Balochistan RISE Programme — Resilience, Integration and Socio-Economic Empowerment — Balochistan government ka Rs. 16.79 billion ka flagship programme hai, jo cheh districts (Panjgur, Kharan, Washuk, Gwadar, Awaran aur Kech) mein gharano ko micro-enterprise grants, naujawanon ko technical training, aur karobar ke liye finance tak rasai deta hai.
